1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you:
- visit zaddle.co.uk;
- contact us (forms, email, phone, events);
- subscribe to resources or marketing; or
- are a business contact of ours (prospect, client, supplier).
Client services (e.g., audits, training, managed campaigns) may also involve processing personal data on your behalf. Where we act as a processor, a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies.

2.1 Data you provide
- Contact data: name, job title, company, email, phone.
- Enquiry details: service interests, budgets, notes.
- Billing & contracting (B2B): company details, addresses, VAT, signatory names.
- Event/training: attendee names/roles; dietary/access requirements if voluntarily provided.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins, topics of interest.
2.2 Data we collect automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, session data, timestamps.

2.3 Data from third parties
- Public business sources (e.g., Companies House), event platforms, social platforms (if you interact with our pages), and referrals.
2.4 Special categories
We do not intentionally collect special category data via the Site. Please do not submit it. If you do, we will delete or minimise it where feasible.

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis under UK GDPR and DPA 2018.

4.1 We may send B2B marketing emails to business contacts about relevant services. You can unsubscribe via any email or by contacting [privacy@zaddle.co.uk].
4.2 We will obtain consent where required (e.g., for non-essential cookies or certain electronic marketing under PECR).
5. Sharing your data
We share data with:
- Processors acting on our instructions (e.g., hosting, email, CRM, analytics, webinar tools, cookie banner provider, cloud storage, backups).
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurers).
- Authorities where required by law.
- Event partners when you register for a co-hosted session (you’ll be told who they are).
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
If we transfer data outside the UK, we’ll use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA / Addendum to EU SCCs, or adequacy regulations).
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise. Typical periods:
- Enquiries & sales correspondence: 24 months after last meaningful contact.
- Contract/admin records: 7 years (legal/tax).
- Marketing contacts: until you opt-out or we detect inactivity for 24 months.
- Analytics data: per our Cookie Policy (see cookie durations).
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, MFA where available, least-privilege access, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and staff training.
9. Your rights
Subject to legal limits, you have rights to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, portability, and object to processing (including direct marketing). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

Our Site and services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect data about children.
